    Has anyone experienced any problems with MMAC-5FNB Cabletron Hubs ?
    
    These Hubs are rather old and I have not heard of these sort of issues
    before but.....
    
    One of my customers has noticed a very concerning problem that I am
    trying to get info on.
    
    Basically we saw a Power supply with a fault light on the PSU, this was
    replaced and about an hour later the problem occured. The problem is
    very serious, the connector between the backplane and the power supply
    actually bursts into flames. This according to the customer has
    happened now on three occassions, on the same model hub in different
    locations the latest incident happened in a riser cupboard and could
    have been dangerous.
