    HUBwatch V3.1.3
    Open VMS V6.1
    DECbridge V3.9
    DECagent V3.0.1
    
    After upgrade to DECbridge V3.9, HUBwatch shows version on detail
    bridge screen (double click on bridge in hub diagram screen) as
    V30.9.  Not freakin' out...just want to verify I'm not goin'
    nuts (i.e. I got the right DEWBG390.SYS file from the Internet)!!!
    The copy I obtained from ftp.digital.com /pub/DEC/hub900/firmware,
    looked like this:
    
    -rw-r--r--   1 0        0          33792 Oct  6 22:18 dewgb390.sys

    you got the right version.  some other software had a bug where it
    printed out "V0.39" so the DB90 code was changed to fix that problem.
    now it appears hubwatch is printing "V30.9", either way someone will
    complain...
