    Hello you,
    
    have written conference entries #2991 and #3008, but no response, I'm a
    little bit frustrated, do you understand???
    
    Is there anybody out there ... (Copyright by Pink Floyd "The Wall"),
    who is hearing my calls???
    
    Is there anybody out there ... (see above), who can tell me, who is the
    product manager for the DECpacketprobe and PROBEwatch???
    
    I will escalate my questions on the legal ways, 'cause this is not a
    product, that I can recommand to the customer, no help, no explanation,
    no documentation, no one, who is able to explain something.
    
    The same story I'll tell the NPBU at my local side, 'cause I'm not able
    this product 'cause I'm missing the support!!!

    PS: I think, we should take this product out of our portfolio, see
    above, I'll recommand this product to the customer, there are products
    outside, which have a better/"have a" support. 

    
    
    The "... I'm not able ..." is incomplete, I meen, I'm unable this
    product, 'cause there is no support from you

    I believe you've not heard any answers because, for the most part,
    the readership of this notesfile don't use/don't know much about
    the DECprobe etc.
    
    I also believe the product manager is Jack Forrest, DTN: 226-7392, 
    email  NAC::FORREST.
