Hello out there. I would like to ask why the fabules DEChub 900 MULTIswitch (agent) looses it's setup after power failure. It doesn't happen all the time, and we have to send an engineer that remembers the setup of the site in order to reconfigure the HUB(s). Is there a logical explanation or is something we are doing wrong. Thanks in advance for the help. Thanos

It could be a bug. It could even be a bug that is already fixed. I cannot tell you because you haven't given me any information. Perhaps you are running old firmware? There were some problems related to power failure fixed in MAM v4.1. You may want to check the errorlog to see if it shows trouble. We do a great deal of testing, but there are many ways to set up a hub. -Mike |
