Dear sir, My customer have problem with fault order on DEWB2 that they though it also support V.35 So I would like to ask that does it has anyway to upgrade DEWB2 to support V.35 ? Thank you for your support. Parnuphan O.

Re .-1 The problem and I mean PROBLEM with the DEWB2-DA part number is that there is no support for V.35 with the correct cable or not! I configured a frame relay network for a channels Var using the DEWB1-DA part number, single channel supports V.35. Somewhere along the line the end user changes their mind and says "Hey I want two ports per BOX, so Var orders 16 DEWB2's as the description for this shows two ports. I think this is happening very often as there are NO DEWBR-DA's to be had anywhere in the world, logistics or otherwise. Very Unhappy Customers Bill |
