    What do the DECrepeater 900FP and '90FS, in conjunction with HUBwatch
    for OSF/1 AXP V3.1 , have in the way of remotely initiated on-line 
    diagnostics, and where is it documented? I couldn't find much in the 
    HubWatch documentation. I did find the MIBs on the web, but I find 
    them hard to swallow, and in any case, how can I tell whether all 
    the functions are supported by HubWatch?
    
    BTW, I am trying to provide documentation that shows compliance to
    a contract spec, as follows: 
    
    "The LAN should be capable of remote control via the LAN interface to
    run on-line diagnostics. Such diagnostics should be capable of
    identifying equipment failures to the LRU level".
