| V4.1 is not for Windows 95 (although a few people in this conference have
tried it and say it works), but it is not a supported platform.
V5.0 is supported under Windows 95.

2944.2 | We think HUBwatch works with ManageWise | NAC::FORREST | | Thu Nov 02 1995 13:33 | 8 |
| We tried to include support for ManageWise, however, to my knowledge,
no one has ever tested whether HUBwatch really does work with
ManageWise.
Is ManageWise an important platform for the reseller channel? Does
anyone know of a customer who is running HUBwatch with ManageWise?

It's supposed from Novell literature that ManageWise is only
a bundle from former separetely-sold products, including
the ones provided by Intel since they made an alliance.
Acording to this, what works for NMS, "should" work for MW.

2944.4 | What's in a name? | NCMAIL::BANKOWSKIJ | | Tue Nov 07 1995 17:10 | 5 |
| My understanding is that when Novell acquired WordPerfect they acquired
the Groupwise label and decided "wise" everything including NMS which
is now called Managewise. However, Novell is trying to sell off the
WordPerfect piece and may need to do something about the name
Managewise.

2944.5 | But.. | MXOC00::CSILVA | | Tue Nov 07 1995 17:56 | 4 |
| Prbably the "wise" label should remain, since the only app
that Novell consider strategic is GroupWise.
They will preserver GroupWise even the app divitions it's sold.
