Pull the plug. ;-) I believe that gone are the days when you can zero counters. Nowadays you might have dozens of entities connected to the counts quietly collecting statistics. The moment someone zeros a count then all those entities have real trouble figuring a reasonable number to display. THE SOLUTION to this problem is to disallow zeroing counts. Chuck |
