2884.0. "HUB900 Time Stamp" by UTRTSC::GROOT_R (Ronald de Groot) Thu Oct 19 1995 12:09

    Hello,

    I have a quistion about translating Time Stamps in actual time.
    The Time Stamps I mean are from the Dump Errorlog. examples;
    Time Stamp =0 10600
    Timestamp = 0 2B D131

    How can I translate this to actuel time when I know the Time
    stamp 0 time?

MAM time stamps are one count per .01 second.
Was that second example from a linecard? I
thought the MAM converted to decimal before
displaying, but perhaps I'm confused.

    The DECswitch & PEswitch error log time stamp displays are also the
    10 millisecond (.01 second) tick count. I suspect that the time
    stamp info in the other HUB 900 series modules is also the same
    as this is probably common code. But I don't know this to be true
    for sure.

    The second example was also from a MAM, but this example is from a
    dump errorlog crash. I got the examples by cut and paste from a other
    notes artical. The customer who asked this has other problems. His
    MAM give yellow temp warnings and will know when this happens.
    (Doors from 19inch cabinet are now open, maybe air flow problems?)
