I have a customer with two LANs (DECnet/VAX environment) connected with DECbridge 90. For some reason they want time to time disconnect both LANs. Preferably with some "batch" like procedure disabling one of the bridge ports. 1. they don't have any management product 2. they don't want just power off the bridge Is the only way to do it MOP connect and than manual typing password and commands disabling the port? Thanks, Tomas

you can write a .com file that will disable the port and then incorportate this into your batch procedure. |
