If a remote customer just has a person to plug in a DECagent 90 into a DEChub 90 but is a computer/network/keyboard illeterate and cannot give the DECagent an IP address and a subnet mask, can a bootp table be setup on a bootp server and can that way be used to give the new DECagent 90 an IP address. This way the local network management personal need not go to the remote site with a terminal or laptop just to give the DECagent an IP address. Alphonse

If you have a DS90TL o DS90M try a reverse LAT connection. I did it without any problem. Regards Jordi Manchon |
