I have two issues:
1. Procedure for customers to access firmware updates on the WEB.,
I had a customer phone me and indicate that he can no longer
get access to new firmware, has this changed, if so please indicate
were I can find a detailed process.
2. Some time ago 3 of my customers received cards, it indicated if they
filled out the cards and sent them to the address indicated that
they would be notified of new firmware releases and detailes on
where and how they access this firmware, I know this process exists,
what I need is a poonter/name/help on putting this in place.

John, I've got a copy of a release note for one of our upgraded products
and the AV-Q7NFB-TE notice also included in the package shipped
with all HUB products.
There is an abundance of information on how to access firmware upgrades.
There is a pointer for ftp access to upgrades and other information
via a WEB browser at;
http://ftp.digital.com/pub/DEC/hub900
Your customers (if they have bought some HUB product recently),
should have received this information in the hardware packet supplied
with each product.
