I currently have Probewatch V3.3 for Windows,  Is V3.3 for OSF/Dec Unix 
available across the net?  Also, is Resource Manager available?

    Regarding Resource Manager, that is an option only available for the 
    Frontier NETscout probes; we included support in PROBEwatch in case a 
    customer had a mix of DECpacketprobes and NETscout probes.

    Here's some feedback on the V3.3 kit for Digital UNIX:
    
    1.  The kit seems to be a tar within a tar.
    
    2.  OSF_KIT.PTR doesn't have a pointer to the latest documentation.
