Hi, We have lost two DHUB900 management modules whithin two days after few hours of operation. The error codes were the same in both cases: Except VO=08 SR=2700 PC=00600426 Failed When rebooting the hub the error message appears before the selftest complets. Any hint to interpret the error messages or suggestion for possible reason? The current version of the firmware V3.1 . The hub contains 3 modules -DR900TM -DS900TM -DR90FS Thanks: Peter

Hi Peter - PC=00600426 is a location in Flash memory. Diagnostics execute out of Flash. V0=08 is an exception for Privilege Violation. I'd suggest treating it as a diagnostic failure. When you say you have "lost two DHUB900 management modules", do you mean you swapped out the PCB at the top of the hub, or did you replace the entire hub? If you had swapped out the board, try a whole hub this time. Maybe a hardware failure is causing a problem. - Dotsie |
