    	A customer has a ground problem in their machine room described
    	as:
    
    	"we have 8-900 milliamp between cab's"
    
    	They believe this is related to their UPS.
    
    	They requested the unit's schematic drawing.  Hmmmm.
    
    	A consultant needs to know how the grounding is done in the DEChub
    	900MS, and other devices.  
    
    	What ground I asked ?  the signal and frame grounds from the 
    	communication ports.  Hmmm.....
    
    	Is the unit or chassis grounded thru a common point ?
    
    	what else should I inquire to get a complete problem statement ?
