Problem : I have a customer (Pratt and Whitney) who has many HUB 900's . The problem is that In slot 5 on several Hubs The customers DSRVZ-MA's lose power . The way the problem is corrected is to reseat the option . This seems to be the only slot but did see slot 3 on one occasion . So far on one backplane I tried a new DSRVZ-MA . tightend all nuts on bus bar on back and added stiffeners on backplane . I also checked for the relay shorting out . The problem still seems to exist . The temp in the cab is at 39celsius 100F . The fans are turning . Bill Smitt

Hi - Are there any interesting messages logged on the LCD, the Error Log (menu item 5 in MAM 4.0.x), or the Event Log (menu item 8)? Once the module is reseated, how long does the hub remain in full operation? What does the DEChub 900 LCD say about how many watts of power are available? What other modules are in each hub? Is a DSRVZ-MA a 900 module or a 90 module? If the hubs have insufficient power, the hub will power down 900 series modules, starting from slot 1, until the remaining modules are within the power budget. 90 modules are not affected, however.
