Who use to create the Network Buyer's Guide? And in TEXT format?
Who's now responsible for the Product Guide?
We use to carry the Network Buyer's Guide, in TEXT format, on our pcs
so if someone asked a question we could use a CBR (content base retrieval)
application to look up the information.
The information in the product guide directory on TNPUBS doesn't even
have a Table of Contents. We can even look in the TOC to figure what
.DOC file to read in order to obtain the correct information.
Are we publishing the Network Buyer's Guide or a Product Guide in
hardcopy format? If so, who's responsible and where is the revisable
pc format?

I am not the responsible party for the document, but I am one of the content providers. The files highlighted on note 2636 are in WORD format and can be copied across the network from this directory. No text format is available because the files contain compound documents, such as scanned photos, graphics, etc. The file names correspond with specific chapters or sections of chapters in the guide. This guide and I assume future versions will be produced through the Networks Technical Publication Group. The project manager here in NPB marketing is Dawn Rohrbacher 264-3837, MKOTS1::ROHRBACHER.
