Hello all! How does Hubwatch ( V4.0) handle yellow temp conditions from a DEChub900 ? One DEChub900 was showing yellow temp condition on the LCD-display, but Hubwatch always display normal ( green ) condition in the environement summary window. Shouldn't send the DEChub900 a trap ( alarm) to Hubwatch or a network-management station? Thanks for help Alfred

Howdy Alfred, > Shouldn't send the DEChub900 a trap ( alarm) to Hubwatch or a > network-management station? Yes it should. It does send an RMON rising event trap if: - you're using the latest Hub Manager (MAM) code, - you've configured one or more trap sinks, - the condition occurs while the MAM is powered up (i.e. you won't get the trap if a temp-yellow or temp-red is present when the MAM first powers up. This is by design.) -Shawn |
