A clinic would like to add the 1500 foot fiber run to the Cancer Center as
illustrated in the following configuration.

My question is: Does this exceed the maximum fiber between two nodes in a
collision domain? I know that 10BASE-FL supports 2Km, but I have seen charts
that show that distance only between bridges, with 1Km between repeaters. 
Should we suggest a DECbridge 90FL in the Cancer Center's HUB,or maybe 
a DECswitch 900EE in the office building with DEFLMs?

The ultimate would be to put the Portswitch in a DEChub 900 with a DECswitch
900EE and create virtual LANs. Their budget won't allow it right now. 

The Portswitch 900FP is configured as one internal LAN.
