2437.0. "Mounting brackets/orderable?" by PTOJJD::DANZAK (Pittsburgher ) Wed Jun 28 1995 08:53

    Can we make the mounting brackets for the DEChub a separate orderable
    part? Customers, at times, discard them because of a configuration
    change and then, when they need them, are stuck. Also equipment on
    ROTCON sometimes looses them...and then we're stuck. It would be nice
    to be able to order the wall-hanger and/or the rack-hanger as orderable
    parts listed as "extra wall mount unit" or "extra rack mount unit" etc.

    Thanks,
    j
    ^--who tried to get them and found it took an act of god and internal
    logistics supply order to get 'em. (NOT customer friendly)

Jon,

The best I can offer is to order the H3136-MA $109. This is the complete
mounting kit that comes with every DEChub 900 = DMHUB. It contains both the
wall and rack mount brackets and associated hardware.

    Steve, this was not orderable at one time, but I checked and now it is.
    Thanks for pointing it out! (Can we include it as an option in the
    catalog?)

    Thanks,
