What is the utilization meter on the FDDI concentrator screen? Is this supposed to be true utilization meter? If so, I think it's broken. I have a customer with a W&G FDDI probe and it was showing <1% utilization while the FDDI meter via HUBwatch was showing 27%. Why the difference?

2424.1 | Yup, broke. | NETCAD::ARGO | Thu Jun 29 1995 10:30 | 6 | |
Your right, it is broken. It's broken due to the way the MIB objects are sampled by HUBwatch. We are looking at ways to improve its accuracy in a future firmware release. So, stay tuned. Dennis |
