hello, Should you confirm if the Network utilization see on Speedometer in FDDI summary reflect the real traffic in any configuration case. in point to point : AlphaStation PCI/FDDI====FDDI/DECSwitch900EF you see a constant utilization from 70% to 80% under this speedometer but my customer claims that's he doesn't transfer 80 mega/s during full time. thanks in advance jean-yves

Jean-Yves, I had the same with DECconcentrator/Bridges 500/600 on the Ring. Use RBMS to check that. You can also try to eneble it on the DEChub900 module, if it not accepeted as Ring Purger it means that some other module or CONTROLLER is doing it. B.R. Robert |
