    I was experiencing a random failure of connections, FDDI rings forming
    etc., on a demo DEChub (Rev A01).  Rich Graham called it to my
    attention that Hub Stiffeners may be needed in the hub.
    
    If you're experiencing odd 'slot related' issues or seemily flakey
    modules - you may want to make sure that you have added the stiffeners
    to the hub. (see note 1636 for info..)
