Hi 

	I'm Leo Lavin , we've been given a DEChub 900 for use on a customer
network setup for a VOD configuration...Plugged into this hub are a FDDI 
concentrator a DEC switch and a DEC Ethernet repeater...I need to allow the
systems on the repeater to talk to the systems on the concentrator...Isn't
that automatically able to happen because they are on the same bus or do 
we have to do some configuration through HUBwatch. This is a critical problem 
as it is being shipped to a customer soon...

    This MUST be configured via HUBwatch. I hope you included that in the
    sale.

    And I hope the DECswitch you're talking about is a 900EF since you
    need the FDDI ports to connect to the concentrator.

    (note - the base not is a testament to the BAD documentation for the
    product - i.e. we don't let folks know that they MUST order hubwatch to
    manage it!!
