Do the DEFAR, DEFMR and DEFMI have "packet regeneration and timing"
capability. If so,I need to mark it on the documentation as well (military
RFP) - any pointers please...

Yes, they do. These products receive the packets and retransmit them
shortly thereafter with reconstructed amplitude and regenerated timing.
This is a generic feature of ethernet repeaters and may not be
mentioned specifically in the installation and configuration manuals of
the products.
