Hello
a customer reported a problem with managing a decbridge 900MX plugged into
a HUB900.
The scenario is as follows:
the customer has started hubwatch V3.1.3 on a VAX with VMS 5.5-2
and whenever he tries to open the bridge by double clicking on it he gets
the following error messages:
(1)in the decterm window: system or general error
(2) in the HUBwatch Messages window
5:46:49.84(W) DB900: SNMP Error.
No data received, sum_u group
(3) and a alert box pops up with this text:
Hubdb900Main
this box disappears when the ok button is pressed

| Would you ask your customer to provide you with more details on
the DECbridge 900MX? See if you can determine the revision of
the DECbridge (IE: hardware rev, firmware rev, serial number).
Also see if customer can describe the led behavior on the front of
the DECbridge just prior to "opening the bridge", (IE: is the bridge
in forwarding, & operational).
