hi! i try to install HUBwatch V4.0 on a HINoteUltra CT450 with WIN95 (beta 474). i have 24Mb memory and a Xircom Creditcard Ethernet Adapter IIps. i get following message during the installation: FATAL ERROR AT SCRIPT LINE 825 Cannot open Media Builder library file is this file included in a WfW-kit and not in Win95? is this file a *.DLL file which i only have to copy to a specific directory? thanks in advance for any hints! martin

There is no official support of HUBwatch on Win95 or NT. However, several people have successfully installed and run it on NT V3.5 with the Microsoft stack that comes with NT. HUBwatch is likely to have major problems if you try using it's stack under NT or Win95. Steve | |||||

>>> There is no official support of HUBwatch on Win95 or NT. but it works! some tricks are necessary: put all the files from the floppy-disks into on temp directory. i have gotten some non-fatal and fatal error, which were not fatal ... it's running fine til now. i've also installed the firmware for the DEChub-slotcrads in the same way and the installation was fine, with no errors at all. in the next weeks i will test it ... cheers martin | |||||
