Hi, I have a customer who is very dissapointed not able to run HUBwatch on Win-NT. He has installed it on WfW 3.11 using the MS 32-Bit TCP/IP driver and it works fine. Booting Win-NT and and executing it, will always produce a crash with an generic error message from 16-Bit subsystem. He don't want to run the default HUBwatch IP-stack because of it's large memory usage. The customers says this is the only (win-)software not running on Win-NT and he won't accept to boot every time WfW to use HUBwatch. Does somebody know how to get this running ? Bye, Manfred

Note 2280 is about the same problem. The reply refers to note 2079, but in both notes you wont find an answer. I think there is not a definitive answer to this! Carlos
2295.2 | Is there an official HUBwatch rollout schedule? | ROMEOS::HARRIS_MA | Sales Executive II | Mon May 22 1995 19:14 | 11 |
... I guess they're waiting to see if Windows-NT catches on... Hello? 8-) Seriously, I'd love to see someone post an OFFICIAL product introduction schedule for HUBwatch on the various platforms (Windows-NT, DEC-UNIX, DEC-VMS, SUNmgr, HP Open View Windows, HP Open View on HP-UX, etc.). It would save alot of time on everyone's part! Mark
