I am not sure if this can be answered but I have a customer
who is thinking about updating firmware in his hubs and hub
products, as he has in excess of 100 dechub900's this is a
big project, he asked me if I know when the next wave of firmware
is to be released, can someone give me a approximate date when
the next Consolidated Firmware Kit will be released. As well I
had another customer show me a form that he had received, it indicated
that if he wanted to be notified of all new firmware releases all he
had to do was fill in the form and send it to Digital, I did not
get the contact or address of where he was to send it, if there is
process in place to inform our customers of new releases can someone
give me a pointer to it.

I can't speak for when the next consolidated Firmware Kit will
be released (contact a Product Manager, someone like Jack Forrest,
Karl Pieper, Hakim, Dhilla to name a few I'm aquainted with).
On how to get automatic notification of updates, there is an
Internet mail address to register for this. It is I believe,
[email protected] and make sure to tell the customer
to include their name, title, and mailing address.
The "Important Customer Support Information" card included in one
of his product kits has the following address on the front of the
Business Reply Mail card...
