Hello There Can anybody help me. I have a customer in Ireland who is having a few problems. He is running the latest version of hubwatch and is using a decbridge 900-ef. He has a few questions. 1. Why does hubwatch not have an icon for the ef, when it does for the mx. 2. Where can he get some documentation on the differences between the two. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Steven [Posted by WWW Notes gateway]

Steven, Assuming you're talking about HUBwatch for Windows, the lack of an icon for the DECswitch 900EF is a known documented bug. The DECbridge 900MX and DECswitch 900EF are the same module and run the same firmware image. The name and front bezel was changed to be in step with the current industry buzz word (i.e. "switch" instead of "bridge"). ...Roger... |
