2106.0. "Power glitch and stds compliance?" by BIGUN::WULFF () Wed Mar 15 1995 04:59

Hi,

How long a glitch can the DEChub900 pwr suplies handle (50HZ)
without effecting the hub?

Do the DEChubs and DEChub modules comply to the international
standard IEC/CISPR 14:1985 (Australian Standard A. 1044)

    The DH900 power supplies will handle an AC power glitch of 15
    milliseconds duration at 88VAC input (or 176VAC input in the
    220VAC range). If the glitch were to occur at a nominal line
    voltage of 110 or 220V, then the holdup/ridethrough time of the
    power supplies is considerably greater (approximately double
    this figure). The specification for the supply lists 10 mill-
    seconds maximum at low line, but collected data and calculations
    show that we could have gone as high as 15 ms.

      I can't answer your second question but will forward your message
    to someone that can.
