2058.0. "X error on failed request" by CSC32::PITT () Tue Feb 28 1995 12:37

Customer submitted this problem (and I haven't gotten hubwatch
configured here yet, let alone had the time to teach it to myself..
so any help would be greatly appreciated!)

Here is the error I get after I try to connect to a bridge that was add
in DecHubwatch 3.1. First I add the DECAgent 90. Then I add the bridge
with a new community name. I can get to the bridge the first time after
    I have added it,
but if I move to another hub or add another bridge I try to go back to
the one just have added and I get the following error.

X Error of failed request: BadValue (integer parameter out of range
    for operat)
Major opcode of failed request: 61 (X_ClearArea)
      Value in failed request: 0xffff8011
Serial number of failed request: 21513
Current serial number in output stream: 21588

Again I can get to the bridge the first time but after I exit that view
    it is
history. I look on the DECAgent 90 and the bridge is showing up.

Which platform? OpenVMS or OSF/1? Is this a DEChub 90 or DEChub 900?

    Sorry....

    This OSF 3.0.
    Hubwatch 3.1

The bridges are all in DEChub900s.
    The DECagent is standalone.
