I am not sure if this is the right conference, if not please point me to the correct one. We are replacing DS300's with Dechub900's and DS900TM's. We have no problems with printing from VMS to the customers HP laser printers. But when we try to print a MSword or Excel document it comes out garbage. The first few lines seem fine then it starts to overprint lines and also the font size goes to something like 1. We are running the latest firmware on the hubs and the DS900's and we have checked and double checked our settings on the servers using TSM. The customer is a credit union and has 14 branches each of which will be getting DS900's and Decrepeater 900's. The MSword and excel work fine on the DS300's. My question is are we missing something on the DS900's in our setup? It looks like some kind of handshake problem. Any help would be appreciated as the installation is come to a stop until this is resolved. Thankyou santokh

Try disabling input flow control on each port of the DS900 that has an HO Laserjet attached. Bill | |||||
