I've a question regarding DECswitch 900 EE If I use it in standalone mode ( with docking station ) all the ports on the front panel ( 2 aui and 4 10baseT ) are still available ? so I can connect 7 ethernet segment ? If not which port on the front panel I can NOT use ( AUI or 10baseT ) ? Thanking for help Regards Massimo

When you shift it to the AUI you CANNOT then connect anything to port number 3 on the front bezel | |||||

Notes .1 & .2 both describe the EE correctly. In default config, all 6 ports are available out the front. Using the standalone menu, if you connect port 3 to the rear docking station AUI port, you cannot use port 3 out the front at the same time. Bob |
