Hubwatch and the blank module
Hubwatch for MS-Window version 3.1
Hub Manager v 3.1
I just received two new 900 EF modules and inststalled
them into the hub. The hub recognizes them as 900 EF's
The module is running firmware version 1.4.
The module displays correctly on the phyical view screen but
icon box is blank it displays a blank box on the logical view too.
If the blank box is clicked upon it displays the proper module
information but displays the EE icon in the top left hand corner.
The module appears to respond correctly to all configuration and
status display commands and it passes network traffic correctly.
What could cause this blank box display.
The same results occured using two seperate PC s.

Do any routers exist between the HUBwatch station and the HUB chassis
itself? We have a similar problem due to router buffer size settings on
a Cicso router out here.
