	with a FDDI decconcentrator 900 MX , the 
negociated value differs from the set value by 0,99 delta 

where does this come from ?

for instance , when we set T-req ( otken target rotation timer ) to 10

the Tneg and Treq display 10,99

	Its a bug, not intentional! I don't remember why, but we have seen it and its on the list of things thatb need to be fixed.
