I have a customer who is using a DECagent 90 to manage a 16 slot DEChub 90 (two DEChub 90 connected back to back). There is one DECbridge 90 in the 16 slot hub. The DECagent 90 is on the backbone side of the bridge. Hubwatch does not seem to be able to get any information on the second hub - even though the second hub has 4 DECrepeater 90Ts, Hubwatch shows it unpopulated. I have manually added the 90Ts but get the incorrect status on the ports. - What is the process to configure in a 16 slot hub? - How do I get Hubwatch to find out about the second hub? Any information is appreciated.

Well aquick guess would be that they tied the 2 hubs together with ThinWire but didn't tie the serial management bus together with a serial cable. Without that the bridge doesn't see the repeaters in the 2nd hub. | |||||
