it seems there is a problem with the hub polling with osf version . we enable it with default 10 s interval , but when we monitor the network with a Lan analyzer , we see polling only 50 s interval . we are using the last version from BHUB . i didnt find this problem in the release notes is it a known one or do i have to enter a QAR ? thanks for your help PS : by the way , how do we entr QAR for hubwatch ?

That polling interval is the minimum. What happens is that a *lot* of stuff gets queued up for the poll, so, rather than flood your network constantly, HUBwatch automatically (and intelligently) spreads-out the requests. With a reasonable-sized hub, that will be significantly more than every 10 seconds. For a single device, it will be a lot closer to 10 seconds. Tom Hood HUBwatch |
