1757.0. "Unwanted request cannot be filtered?" by TENNIS::KAM (Kam USDS (714)261-4133 (DTN 535) IVO) Sun Dec 04 1994 13:31
For some reason we're getting the following mom request. We checked
ALL the system on our side of the bridge and nothing is requesting a
boot. We only have ONE DECserver 200 and this in NOT the address.
We thought that by setting the bridge protocol values we shouldn't be
seeing anything on our side?
Regards,
kam

1757.1 | Does it help ? | ZPOVC::AROBINDUBASU | | Sun Dec 04 1994 23:42 | 13 |
| Kindly note that MNENG1.SYS if the loadable file for Decserver90C.
Is there any Decserver of this type is connected to your network
by any means or wrongly configured on any of your system.
Also if you have this file on your system , copy it into
SYS$COMMON:[DECSERVER] and then observer wheather any one is
getting loaded or not . If loaded it will give you a load successful
message with the ethernet address.
Try now.

That name is the default image name used by the DECserver 90TL and 90M.

| OOPS! We had the DECserver 90TL laying around the tables all these
months. In the cleanup and organization we decided to stick it in the
DEChub 90, forgetting that it needs to be downloaded. Getting so used
to the option self loading.
Sorry about the oversight.
