    Note 146 describes one ACCVIO.  I don't know if this is similar, but I 
    have the customer gathering additional information.
    
    The customer (Bridge Information Systems) is running HUBwatch V3.1 on 
    a VAX/VMS V5.5-2 running UCX (V2.x).  When trying to manage the
    DECbridge 900MX (DECswitch 900EF), the "Manage Current" option is
    chosen.  The ACCVIO occurs here.
    
    Resources have been increased for the user account, but the problem
    persists.
    
    Any ideas?
