I have a DEF6M-MA trouble . One DEF6M-MA(port#1-5) connected 5 work stations by mic-mic cable. DEF6M-MA is supplied power by HUBone.DEF6M-MA port#6 is connected other DEF6M-MA port on DEChub900MS. DEChub900MS DECHUB-one port D D 1 ----------- w/s E port3 E 2 ----------- w/s F -----| F 3 ----------- " 6 | 6 4 ----------- " M | M 5 ----------- " | | | M |-------------- M A port6 A Trouble : DEF6M-MA port#1-4 MIC-PMD led lit on orange. Workstations don't communicate other one. When customer RE-connected MIC-cable on DEF6M-MA , DEF6M-MA port recovered to led green on each PMD. Action: I replaced DEF6M-MA unit. But trouble occured again. (MIC-PMD port1-4 led lit on orange) Each DEF6M-MA F/W version 2.0. Can I get more information ? And I want know mean of MIC-PMD orange LED . Thank you.

If the port is lit orange, it means that the port determined that there were too many link errors, and the port was disconnected. When you pulled the connection, and reinserted it, the connection was restarted, and there was no error, so the light was green. | |||||
