Hi, A couple of questions about Hubwatch v2.0 for windows. -Is or not supported with this version (2.0) other drivers than NDIS. In SPD I could find only NDIS. In this case, when will be supported ODI?. -Can you load other TCP/IP than the TCP/IP from Hubwatch?. -Any pointers to Doc. for v2.0?, Installation in PC side. -Any reference about the folloing error: When you are setting hubwatch the following error appears "Fatal error at script line 664" I am a beginner on Hubwatch. 1649.1 | V2.0 is old. Use 3.1 | SLINK::HOOD | I'd rather be at the Penobscot | Wed Nov 02 1994 13:24 | 6 |
Suggestion # 1... Use HUBwatch for Windows V3.1, and not V2.0. The release notes cover most of your questions. See note 8 for kit location.
1649.2 | A little bit question, not so clear for me | TARUGO::MAITE | Thu Nov 03 1994 10:15 | 16
Thanks a lot for your answer, I have copied the kits and trying to copy the kit. Meanwhile: I have read the READ-ME.txt, and I could see that some questions are answered. But I can not find anything about if is or not supported install Hubwatch with other TCP/IP stack, (my customer is trying with LAN Workplace e IPX). Please, I would need to know if he must install TCP/IP stack that Hubwatch provides (in v3.1 PATHWORKS v5.1 stack) or he can install other and it is supported. Thanks in advance maite
1649.3 | LAN Workplace tested w/ V3.1.0, checking support | NETCAD::WAGNERCOFFIL | Thu Nov 03 1994 12:53 | 8
LAN Workplace version 4.1 or greater has been tested to work with HUBwatch for Windows V3.1.0. YOU MUST USE NOVELL'S IP STACK AND NOT ONE INCLUDED IN THE HUBWATCH KIT. Support of LAN Workplace is another issue... This will require a response from the Product Manager. Barb |
