    Having got a copy of SPD of HUBwatch for OSF/1 AXP V3.1 from $VTX IR,
    it doesn't say explicitly support of GIGAswitch FGL4 module, the
    OpenVMS VAX V3.1 specifically says it is supported.
    
    Please confirm if the OSF/1 V3.1 support FGL4.
