I have a Hub Manager module from a DEChub 900 that works in all respects but does not talk to the console. I have replacd this module and got the Hub Manager working. On inspecting the faulty Hub Manager module I noticed a 2 mm size hole in a chip just to the left of the setup (RJ45) port. This chip has got the following ITA2783 92A327 MALAYSIA. I can't believe this to be a natural failure. Is it possible that someone plugged something into the RJ45 connector setup port and cause this kind of damage. If this has happened once, then it is likely to happen again, unless we know what caused the damage. There is an identical chip as above to the right of the OBM port (DB9 connector) as well. This chip is intact. Alphonse
