Hi, A customer is running PROBEwatch in an ULTRIX box: ULTRIX version = V4.3 Probe version = V2.3 They were running just fine but ran out of disk space on the ULTRIX box. They did some moving of files around to recover some disk space but before they did, they deleted the "data capture group" info relating to the devices they were watching. Now they can't re-create the data capture group? Any ideas why? Also, is there a limit of the number of devices which can be monitored and if so what are they? TIA, Regards, Harry E. (PS. I am new to Probewatch/Hubwatch so please go easy on me ;-)

Hi, It would seem the way the customer made more disk space caused the loss of a needed file. Have asked them to re-install the HUBwatch software now it resides on a different disk partition. regards, |
