Hello,

I just installed the HUBwatch for OPENVMS V3.0 in a VAXstation 4000-60
with  VAX/VMS VERSION V5.5-2

When I EXIT from the HUBwatch the Vaxstation crashes...
During the normal work (add, show, ...) I don't get any error; all seems to 
work normally and the customer is happy about the functionality of HUBwatch.

I append to my mail the result of the:

SDA SHOW CRASH
SDA SHOW SUMMARY
SDA SHOW STACK

I Tried both the kit copied from the network and the kit just arrived with 
the C.D.

note that my customer is using 

"TGV MultiNet V3.2 Rev C, VAXstation 4000-60, VAX/VMS V5.5-2"
The VAXstation is also a DNS server and a BIND server

    We haven't seen this before.  Are you saying that you have HUBwatch
    running for some period of time and all you have to do is exit the
    application and the entire workstation crashes?
    
    We have had some problems running with earlier TGV versions but nothing
    this severe.  TGV put some fixes into Version 3.3 REV A for us.  You
    may want to contact them about an upgrade.  
    
    In the meantime we will look into this.

    	We have same problem here in Finland. Hubwatch 3.0 and Multinet
    	3.2c. 
    	When customer EXIT from HUBwatch VAX 4000-90 crashes. 
    	Here comes configuration information: 
    		
    			64 Mb
     			VMS 5.5-2h4
         		VMS DecWindows Motif Version 1.1
         		Multinet v 3.2C
         		PolyCenter Network Manager 200 versio 1.3
         		HubWatch versio 3.0

    REV A is what we are running.  I assume that the fixes were also
    rolled into rev B.  I'll have to check with TGV to know for sure.
    
    As far as these system crashes, I think that the best thing to do
    is file an IMPT case for them.  That way we can get system test or
    NPSS to install the same configuration and reproduce the problem.
    
    We don't have TGV V3.2 around here anymore and the problem doesn't
    occur on our systems running 3.3 rev A.
