    	Hi,
    
    	I'm trying to upgrade one agent90 that stay on hub90 ,
    	the firmware version of agent90 is T2.0.10
    
    
    $ download load 83.80.0.1 mom$load:DENMA021.SYS;1/force=DECagent
    
    (c) Digital Equipment Corporation. 1993. All Rights Reserved.

    	When I try to make the upgrade:
    
    	$ download load 83.80.0.1 mom$load:DENMA021.SYS;1/force=DECagent

Yes, as Jean-Yves said, is the community string of community #1 (the agent's
community) set to "public"?  If not, you must either set it to "public" or use
the /PASSWORD=<agent's_read-write_community_string> qualifier to get the upgrade
to go forward.

Even more simple and that, can you ping the agent?

		$ UCX PING <agents's_IP_address>
