    Hi,
    
    I am having a problem with running Probewatch V2.23 trying to get a
    window up after SEGMENT ZOOM. The systems running VAX/VMS V5.5-2 can 
    fire up and produce the graphs and run Probewatch ok , but as soon as I
    use my system  nodename :- PHASE5 which is running VAX/VMS V6.1 , it
    get only so far:-

    # setenv NSHOME /usr/kits/probewatch
    # setenv DISPLAY phase5::0.0
    # cd /usr/kits/probewatch
    # pwmanager &
    [1] 26741
    #
    
    This then opens the following windows:-
    
    o Probewatch Management System V2.23
    
    o Click on DOMAIN VIEW and LAUNCH.
    
    o Domain launched for PROBE2
    
    o Brings up another window Probewatch Domain View.
    
    o Click on Probe2 ALL and SEGMENT ZOOM.
    
    o Says it is Launching for Agent Probe2: DOMAIN ALL.
    
    Nothing happens after this eg.(No window comes up).
    
    The following output appears :-
    
    # bind: Address already in use
    Couldn't open SNMP-TRAP PORT (162)
                                       
    
    Should Probewatch V2.23 be able to display back to an OPEN VMS system
    V6.1 or do I need an upgraded version of Probewatch ????!!!!
