either reboot or just do a
set command/tables=sys$share:dcltables
and then try

| Yes, it sounds like you have not installed DECndu Plus on your system. You need
to pull the kit (NDUPLUS010.A) from the following location and install it:
For VMS prior to V5.5: NETCAD::PROJ$706:[NDU.V3.RELEASE.VMS.PRE_VMS_5_5]
For V5.5 and later: NETCAD::PROJ$706:[NDU.V3.RELEASE.POST_VMS_5_5]
