    when adding an icon for a specific hub in the hubwatch program group
    under windows 3.1, if the command line in the program item properties
    is in upper case, clicking on the icon will not bring up the hub as
    expected. it will prompt for the "specify agent" like the generic
    hubwatch icon. the case sensitivity seems to be from hubwatch and
    not windows. if this expected behavior ?
